Barrage building works – Tuesday 5 September

Cardiff Bay Barrage will be taking delivery of a special new arrival on Tuesday 5 September. The structure, consisting of four shipping containers, will be arriving near Barrage Control alongside the fish pass at approximately 8am. Work will then be carried out to complete the installation and build.
The Barrage will be open to pedestrians and cyclists, but there may be restricted access at certain times. Disruption will be kept to a minimum, and marshals will be on site to guide the public.
Cardiff Harbour Authority would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused while the building works are being carried out.
